WHITEWATER TWP. -- A 48-year-old Cincinnati man remains in critical condition this morning after he was seriously injured Sunday afternoon when he lost control of his ATV in a residential driveway in the 8600 block of Harrison Avenue, the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office said.
Don Loos was headed south but lost control while trying to make a left turn, police said. The ATV rolled onto its right side and Loos, who was not wearing a helmet, was thrown from the vehicle.
He was airlifted to University Hospital, where he was in critical condition Sunday night.
The sheriff's office continues to investigate the crash, but ruled out alcohol or drugs as factors.
